In a University of Flordia Capstone study, I looked at the effects of an art-based activity program on educator wellness, stress, mood and community.

The study.

14 volunteer educators participated in two art-based activity sessions. Pre- and post-surveys were taken to gauge the well-being, stress, and mood of participants.

“I feel like my stress level has been reset. I came in at a 7, now I’m at a 1. That way when I come into work tomorrow, I’ll start at a lower stress level than I would have without this activity.”
